⚙️ Managing SIP Devices
Your SIP credentials and device settings are located here:
Go to the Devices tab to:
• 📛 Change CallerID (caller number):
Enter the phone number that will be displayed to the call recipient.
It is recommended to use real mobile numbers.
❗️Do not use short numbers (e.g., “100”, “555”, etc.) — they will not work.

⚠️ We cannot guarantee that CallerID will be displayed — in many countries mobile operators filter or block custom IDs.
• 📝 Add Description:
This field is only for your reference. It does not affect calls or system behavior.
• 👥 Use one device with several applications simultaneously:
One SIP login can be used in parallel (e.g., on a phone and in a softphone).
🔄 Need additional devices?
Field descriptions:
Name — Country and route type (e.g., Albania - Fixed)
Prefix — Route prefix
Rate — Cost per 1 minute of the call (in USD)
Connection Fee — Connection fee (if applied)
Increment — Billing step (in seconds) — e.g., 1 = per-second billing, 60 = per-minute billing (rounded to 60 seconds)

⚠️ What does “Increment” mean?
Increment determines the billing rounding:
• 1 — per-second billing (most accurate).
• 60 — each minute is rounded up (e.g., call lasting 25 seconds = 1 minute).
• Some countries/routes have special operator requirements — therefore different values may apply.
🔁 Updating rates
Click “Refresh Rates” in the upper-right corner to refresh the table and see updated prices.
⚙️ Settings:
Go to the Settings section in the top menu or directly:

🔄 What is “Data Sync”:
SIPUP does not use a traditional database but operates via a secure API. Benefits:
• No permanent storage of calls in the database
• High security level
• Lower risk of data leaks
All data (calls, payments, stats) is delivered via API in near real-time.
🕒 Display Delay:
💡 Data may appear with a 1–2 minute delay, especially with a large number of calls. This is normal — the system processes and syncs data in the background.
📊 Sync Progress:
On the tab “Data Sync Progress”:
• Completion: How complete the sync is (%)
• Calls Stored: Number of synced calls for the period
• Pending Jobs: Tasks awaiting execution (usually 0)
• Failed Days: Days when data could not be retrieved (0 if all works)
• Progress: Successfully synced days in the month (e.g., 31/31 days)
⚙️ Additional Features:
• 🔁 Auto Sync: Automatic background sync (recommended to keep on)
• 🔄 Refresh: Force update the interface and check new data
• 🔎 Show Details: View details for each day
• 🛠 Force Sync: Manually start sync if you think data hasn’t loaded
✅ Security:
• All API connections are TLS encrypted.
• No data is stored in plaintext — transmission and display are on-demand in real-time.
• SIPUP is highly secure compared to traditional SQL-based billing systems.
